100 vital foods for our healthy



My Personal Experience is as follows:


in addition to the healthy foods which should be given attention, i was drinking every 
morning before breakfast 4 Glasses of Warm Water for a month even others do 
this for 6-9 months.
The first day it was too hard for me to drink 4 Glasses of water at the same time instead
 i manged to drink 2 1/2 , the the next day 3 and then 4 Glasses every day  
with out interruption for a month. 
It was like a Discipline that one has to follow and not to eat any thing for an hour ,
after drinking the warm Water . It is advisable to stay around home or a place where you can get a toilet .
 The end result is from losing weight to getting rid off head aches, generally active and good feelings.
The more you practice this every year minimum for a Month ,the better you will feel good in general.

Ich habe es probiert ,es ist echt hilfreich.
Es spült den Dreck aus unseren Körper weg.
Für sichtbare Erfilge,sillte man längere Zeit durchführen.
