Did any one of the Main stream medias denounced the terrorist who committed  this crime against humanity? did any one hear that? what was if that was committed by the Assad Regime?

and we know this kind of direct killings had not reported in the Ethiopian History as such . There were Bombings, civil killings and war against our people by the Derg regime . That is known to all of us but not as such this kind of killings of innocent people under the umbrella of ANDEM  ,under his Federal status of Administration ! What would have been said if that had happened in Tigray? A mass killings innocent groups of people???? of course that will never ever happen .

But Those who were ordering or intentionally ignoring the killings of Tegarus are still in power that make us sick! And those groups of people  will elect others if they can  but if not a even Members of the EPRDF who could serve for their evil agenda of Betrayals ... ! So sad!

Another point is those who were invited by ANDEM as the so called Diasporas  are now exposed for their Double standards . Will it be not enough to mention those who were elected for Ministerial offices as a Quota are now in the US recognized as Perfect Asylum seekers for they were only having ministerial positions or were members of EPRDF ? This is  enough for  them to get their  Asylum case Granted .! And Now it is becoming a trend , grasp any position in Ethiopia, becoming famous and leave the Country at the expense of Bad Government or any reason that they could not agree with and so on and so forth! They can leave in the US! How are those Guys be considered to love their Country ? How? 

But sadly the brave Fighters of  the TPLF who were not more than 60 Thousand at that time  couldn't be integrate to the EDF (Ethiopian Defense Force)  thinking that was Good  for the others or in fearing what the others  might have thinking about Tigrean Fighters?  That was a big mistake ! And is there any change because this or that was done? 

The EDF has now 180,000 Active forces out of this 180,000 the Tigrean Fighters are less than 10,000 according to insider reports . 

The Number of skilled  Militär officers or Experienced Generals is now challenged . One cause is Age factor, or intentionally clearance or release to retirement (pension )  

the pressure from oppositions  is very sad  because that is only for their own agendas the Betrayal like that of Brigaden General Lema and his Diasporas friends  and this  is still praised among the Diaspora but on the other side  they accuse the Trustworthy Tigrean origin high Ranking Generals who are well defending their country's interest from inside or outside enemies and the end result is unknown but if the enemies are still under ones umbrella it is very challenging!!!!

The opposition and their supporters  are working very hard to  find their clicks on the Top of the Armed forces? 

One is true: the opposition know they can not defeat EPRDF militarily but they believe they can sabotage and mislead the international Community that they are working very hard in this direction and one Example is the case to exert pressure by the US congress to Our Country .

Can any one of you understand what is going on over there?  Even one of the senator during the hearings was asking for a regime change in Ethiopia !  Witnesses were given by Ethiopian opposition living in the US ! Any way due to the lack of credible or strong opposition they said it would be hard to push to regime change in Ethiopia!  But they will go a head for  another resolution to condemn Ethiopia or  with hold the Humanitarian assistance the USA will pledge to us!

But the Question of regime change that was not even raised to the Isaias Dictatorship but to Ethiopia why? A country which is struggling to alleviate the poverty that had been neglected for 100 years and at the same time commuted to the Democratization processes Verses security and stability in the Difficult and dangerous geopolitical Horn of Africa , by itself the Q of regime change that was raised, is a head ache to me!  And I would  respond to the congress man Mr. Smith , as follows: You can keep your Humanitarian assistant but don't  try even to think about any Regime change like that of in Irak or Libya in Ethiopia!!! Adios ! Tewolde !

My Personal Experience is as follows:

in addition to the healthy foods which should be given attention, i was drinking every 

morning before breakfast 4 Glasses of Warm Water for a month even others do 

this for 6-9 months.

The first day it was too hard for me to drink 4 Glasses of water at the same time instead

 i manged to drink 2 1/2 , the the next day 3 and then 4 Glasses every day  

with out interruption for a month. 

It was like a Discipline that one has to follow and not to eat any thing for an hour ,

after drinking the warm Water . It is advisable to stay around home or a place where you can get a toilet .

 The end result is from losing weight to getting rid off head aches, generally active and good feelings.

The more you practice this every year minimum for a Month ,the better you will feel good in general.
